Tuition fees

Tuition fees for 2019/20 will be £9,250.

Trainees can apply to the Student Loans Company for a tuition fee loan.  Please see Student Finance for further information.  The UCAS system for 2016-17 candidates will open on 18Th October 2016.

You can apply for a maintenance loan of up to £5,740 to help with living costs whilst on the course.  Grants of up to £3,387 are also available (dependent on household income).

Trainees on the School Direct (Salaried) programme will be employees of their training school and will be paid at point one of the unqualified teacher pay scale (currently £15,900).
